We have just completed a five year build-out in the Highgrove on Whitewater Creek subdivision, one of the premier subdivisions in Fayette County. Currently, we are building in the following subdivisions in Fayette County:

1.) Cades Cove, which features brick homes on one acre lots starting in the $290’s.

2.) Edgewood, also one acre home sites starting in the high $400’s, is a new neighborhood in which over 47% of the space will forever remain as a natural wildlife habitat with walking nature trails.

In addition to our work in new subdivisions over the past 25 years plus, we have custom built many homes on individual properties owned by our customers.
